Guesthouse with accomodation Zlato polje - The sustainable development of tourist accommodation offers to raise the added value of tourism

In order to strengthen the tourism offer in Prekmurje and more broadly in the Pomurje region, the project will build a guesthouse to the modern tourism standards and trends.

The investor will build a guesthouse with 50 beds. It is an environmentally friendly construction in the Pannonian style, which will be in line with the village surrounding the settlement of Tešanovci. As part of the offer, there will also be a special social space, with a bread kiln in old buildings. There will also be a room for renting bicycles and other props for guests’ needs.

In cooperation with local suppliers, TIC Moravska Toplice, local farms and representatives of natural and cultural sites, additional tourism products will be offered to guests, such as cycling across Goričko, Ravensko and Dolinsko, ‘From nature only best’, ‘Cultural heritage’ and 5* experience – gastronomic experience.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 1.8 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 6.2 million. 

The project started in December 2023 and will be finalised by June 2026.
