Golden Job-accompanying actions for re-employment

The Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs) and Vocational Training (Mission 5, Component 1, Reform 1)

Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan provides this reform to promote a more efficient active labour market system by providing specific employment services and personalised labour market activation plans. The creation of a National Programme for the Guaranteed Employability of Workers (GOL) shall enable the provision of tailored made services to the unemployed, thus strengthening their activation paths. The GOL programme shall be accompanied by the National Plan for New Skills and the definition of national essential levels of vocational training measures. The VET system in Italy shall be enhanced by promoting a territorial network of education, training and employment services, as well as by developing an inclusive lifelong learning system and innovative upskilling and reskilling pathways.

The investment is financed by Italy’s Recovery and Resilience plan by EUR 5454 million.

This project is part of this reform. The project aims to implement active labour policy measures addressed to unemployed persons included in the GOL programme - Specialised Guidance Interviews, Group Work Accompaniment, Extra-Curricular Apprenticeships. The measures have all been launched and are nearing completion.
