This investment aims to increase the number of households covered by a fixed broadband network by 931,000 units, with a particular focus on Next Generation Access (NGA) white areas, where high-capacity broadband infrastructure does not currently exist and where it is unlikely that the market will provide end users with a download speed of 100 Mbps in the near future.

The goal is to ensure that at least 80% of households have access to an internet connection with a capacity of 100 Mbps, with the possibility of increasing speeds to gigabit-level.
