Extension of the tramway line T3b in Paris

Extension of the tramway line T3b in Paris

The extension of the tramway line T3b, between Porte d’Asnières and Porte Dauphine, in Paris will improve the offer of clean mobility in the northern/western part of the capital.

This new section extends the existing tramway line that surrounds Paris, with an additional 3.2 kilometers and 7 stations, which will allow the line's 74,000 users to travel between Porte d'Asnières and Porte Dauphine in 15 minutes only. Thanks to the connections with the suburban railway lines (RER) B and E, the T3b extension will also strengthen inter-modality in the Paris region.

This project offers a greener mode of transport (0 emissions, with a 100% electrified line), more reliable with regular frequencies, and more comfortable with larger and brighter trains, equipped with video surveillance.

This extension was inaugurated on 5 April 2024.
