Exercise of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of mobility

This investment will facilitate for persons with disabilities to exercise their rights in the field of mobility by introducing a single document for persons with disabilities allowing them to exercise all mobility rights, to simplify the administrative environment for end users of digital public services in the field of mobility and to improve access to digital public services for persons with disabilities. 

This investment also aims to enhance protection of users’ personal data and to harmonise the decision-making practices affecting rights of people with disabilities in the field of mobility. This investment will enable state institutions to more easily and comprehensively monitor the acquired rights and ensure efficient public access to all data. 

The investment is expected to reduce the labour costs of employees in state and local services by 15% to 35%.
