Establishment of national research and development laboratoriesC2.I6 in the HU Recovery and Resilience Plan

The National Cardiovascular Laboratory develops a revolutionary approach to research into the pathophysiological mechanisms involved in the development of age-related cardiovascular diseases, with the aim of building on the results of this research to develop and implement innovative preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. 

Its main professional pillars are clinical-epidemiological programmes, innovative drug-biotechnology developments and the development of innovative medical and diagnostic tools and databases.

The project is supported by EUR  12 375 528. It has to be completed by the end of February, 2026.
