The TEC-TER project, promoted by the Torroella de Montgrí-l'Estartit City Council, will receive a grant of €86,215 from the Next Generation Fund (35% of the total budget).

Its main objective is to ensure the maintenance and consolidation of the annual artistic and socio-cultural activities programmed at the Auditori Espai Ter through the modernization of the outdated air conditioning and hot water production infrastructure, the incorporation of an energy management and control system in the facility, and the deployment of an environmental quality distinction.

During the project, over 60,000 users will firsthand experience the interventions carried out.

The main outcomes include expected annual energy savings of up to 30% in air conditioning, a 10% reduction in equipment energy expenditure, the hosting of 130 activities at the facility in the 2022-2023 academic year, and 8 guided tours of the completed works with the public.
