Copyright: Ministry of Public Administration The aim of the project is to set up a Competence Centre to provide the necessary and appropriate support for the implementation of the competence model for the civil service.The Competence Centre will contribute to the creation of a modern and efficient human resources management system in the civil service and to the improvement of civil servants' competences, their development and qualification, and consequently to the provision of quality public services.The Recovery and Resilience Facility contributes EUR 1.3 million to the investment worth EUR 1.4 million in total.
