Entry into operation of an information system for recharging points for electric vehicles

To create favourable conditions for business and citizens to operate clean vehicles, a dedicated IT system and a website were created and launched in June 2022. The system will provide users real time information on available public recharging and alternative fuel filling infrastructure. The system is expected to make the use of clean vehicles more attractive, to make the operation of clean vehicles more convenient and contribute to the creation of optimal network of recharging and refilling points.

Prior to the entry into operation of this information system, there was no unified information system available for recharging points in Lithuania.
