Entry into force of social dialogue legislation, providing for meaningful and timely social dialogue and collective bargaining, in line with the ILO Recommendations

The Government Emergency Ordinance no 42/2023 came into force at the date of its publication, 25.05.2023, thus completing the legal framework regulating social dialogue, providing for meaningful and timely social dialogue and collective bargaining, in line with the ILO Recommendations and the requirements of the European Commission.
