Enhancement, modernisation and upgrade of Cyprus State Hospitals (Makarios Hospital for Children)

The objective is to enhance and upgrade the Cyprus State Hospitals to enable them to compete on an equal basis with the private sector, whilst improving the quality of healthcare services and the working conditions for health workers in public hospitals.
The enhancement of Makarios Hospital for Children is under implementation. The contract has been signed on 12/07/2024 and the project is expected to be completed by mid 2026.
The entire measure should be concluded by mid-2026.
