Efforts are made to better understand the range of work ability challenges related to mental health. The key outcome of the Mental health Toolkit project is to develop digital support services for work ability and provide related training and coaching. Processes and operating models for supporting mental health and work ability will also be further developed. This project will focus especially on the health and social services sector as well as creative, cultural and event sectors. The mental health tools are based on research. They highlight themes related to mental health at work and can be used together at the workplace. The tools are designed to increase the ability of the workplace to strengthen mental wellbeing.
