Economic justice and business environment

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides EUR 26 million to develop the first GovTech Strategy. The initiative consists of a set of innovation and digital transformation projects developed in collaboration with universities, research centres and start-ups with the aim of making justice services more agile and efficient.

Some solutions already implemented:

• The online application of nationality with automatic validator of the authenticity of documents is available, allowing the process to be fully digitised, and with automation and artificial intelligence reducing manual work.
• The automatisation of company registration, already in operation, uses artificial intelligence algorithms to automatically create company names, a task that has hitherto been carried out manually.
