The goal of the project is to provide information and communication equipment to educational institutions for the needs of the reform process defined in the Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The project takes place simultaneously with the activities of the project "Digitization of education at the level of primary schools, secondary schools and adult education (applications and services)" and the "Center for comprehensive coordination of digital education". With the established information and communication technology to support the digitization of the pedagogical process and the management of institutions at all levels of education (primary, secondary, post-secondary, higher education, adult education), established appropriate applications and e-services, and the renovation of educational programs, i.e. renovation of curricula, lesson plans and knowledge catalogs by placing digital competences and the basics of computing and informatics, we will strengthen the rise of digital competences at the entire level of the education system.

As part of the project 1,066 educational institutions will receive ICT equipment. The equipment will be diverse, both classic (eg laptops, tablets) and advanced (eg robotic arms, STEM kits, virtual reality equipment).

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provided funding of EUR 16.4 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 19.9 million.

The projects started in May 2022 and will be finalised by June 2026.
