Copyright: Slovene government The goal of the project is to create a logistics platform and a unique mobile app, which would ensure automated, integrated and digitised logistics processes in the energy supply chain. The project will also ensure a reduction of up to 10% of emissions per year, an important sustainability aspect. With this project, the company Petrol d.d. will automate, integrate and digitise its energy-related procurement, logistics and sales processes. Consortium partner SmartCargo d.o.o. will develop a platform that will automate and optimise processes in the energy supply chain, while the consortium partner Špica International d.o.o. will develop an application for digitisation and mobile sales of fuel oil and LPG. This system will automatically create timetables for the distribution and production of energy products, saving staff time and efficiency and increasing transparency. Improvements to the system will result in fewer business trips and optimised logistics, which will contribute to 121 000 fewer kilometres per year, saving up to 129 000 kilograms of CO2 per year. The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 1.5 million. The total value of the project is EUR 7.4 million. The Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport approved the project in September 2022 and it kicked off in February 2023. The project will be finalised by end of March 2024.Additional links: https://www.petrol.eu/sl/aktualno/2023/02/petrol-z-digitalno-preobrazbo-oskrbovalne-verige-energentov-do-10-odstotkov-manj-emisij.htmlhttps://www.petrol.eu/sl/aktualno/2022/09/petrol-pridobili-sredstva-eu-za-izvajanje-projekta-digitalizacija-oskrbovalne-verige-oilgas-e2e.htmlhttps://www.spica.si/novice/digitalizacija-oskrbovane-verige-oil-and-gas-e2eTop 100 recipients:Petrol, d.d., project Digitising the Oil&Gas E2E supply chain ReferenceC2.K1.IB in the SI Recovery and Resilience PlanProject locations Slovenia EU contribution€1 500 000 Project websitehttps://www.petrol.eu/sl/aktualno...
