The goal of this investment is to modernize the Tax Administration’s Information System and ICT infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, enable paperless processes, and enhance services for taxpayers and employees. This will be achieved by redesigning the existing system with the view to develop a user-friendly IT platform with access for both taxpayers and tax administration officials, implementing a data analytics platform, upgrading ICT infrastructure, and promoting digital services to encourage voluntary compliance and reduce administrative burdens.The project also focuses on strengthening cybersecurity, ensuring business continuity, and enabling flexible, location-independent work for tax officials.
