Digital transformation of Justice - Federal State

This investment aims to tackle identified weaknesses and improve the efficiency of the Belgian judicial system by increasing its overall level of digitalisation, with EUR 85 million in grant support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility. 

The project will focus on improving case management and on introducing automatic data collection. It also aims to increase the rate of online publication of judgements. A programme management office for the digitalisation of the internal processes of the justice department has been set up and a portal 'Just-on-Web' has been put online. 

All funded actions should be completed by December 2025.
