By implementing the investment, the Ministry of Health aims to ensure rapid access to high-quality and harmonised health data, integrate new, digital services into healthcare, promote the use of information technology to communicate with patients, introduce data-based quality monitoring, improve patient health management capacities and planning.The objectives of the investment are:ensure rapid access to high-quality and harmonised health data, in particular by integrating new digital services into healthcare;promote the use of information technology to communicate with patients and other stakeholders in the health system;introduce quality monitoring based on real-time data;improve patient capacity and planning, as well as the planning of hospital facilities, health services and material conditions.The investment focuses on healthcare users and providers, health system decision makers and planners, and service payers.
