Copyright: Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia

The aim of the project is to upgrade the IT system in order to ensure comprehensive digital operations of the Constitutional Court. This will improve the support environment for cooperation with the businesses and citizens, contribute to increasing the use and development of digital services offered by the public sector, and enable easy and quick access to data for all stakeholders. The upgraded IT system will be resilient and ready to operate in crisis situations.

The primary objective is that the Constitutional Court will function effectively in all circumstances and future challenges and will benefit citizens and the entire business environment. This will be achieved through the continuation of digitalisation, as well as the use of new, advanced technologies.

In addition, business efficiency will be increased, allowing citizens and business entities the necessary legal certainty to operate and operate in all circumstances.

To achieve this objective, the Constitutional Court will carry out the following activities:

  • the refurbishment and upgrade of the information and document system (CMS4),
  • the renewal and upgrade of the decision processing and publication system, online services and the production of applications for mobile devices (ODLUS3),
  • the development of internal rules for the preservation of the archive digital archive in accordance with ZVDAGA,
  • the purchase of equipment, namely server systems: 6 servers, a disk field for primary and secondary location, and
  • the purchase of a smaller library for security data storage, laptops and the modernisation and digitisation of recording devices.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 395,000, while the total value of the investment is EUR 481,900.
