Digital services and citizen experience (Mission 1, Component 1, Investment 1.4)The Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for an integrated and harmonized offering of state-of-the-art citizen-oriented digital services, ensuring their wide-spread adoption across both central and local administrations and enhancing users’ experience.The investment aims to enhance the experience of digital public services by defining reusable service delivery models that ensure adequate levels of inclusivity, usability, and effectiveness, which can be measured over time.The advantage for public administrations is to improve the experience of digital public services by defining and promoting the adoption of tested and reusable models for the creation of websites and the delivery of digital public services.The investment is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 813 million.As part of this investment, Public Administrations are incentivised to implement SPID and CIE as a form of e-ID, allowing citizens to access public services in a simple, fast and secure way.Accelerating the implementation of digital identity (SPID & CIE) in the Municipality of Verona is part of this investment.
