Development of sustainable road infrastructure on TEN-T network, road charging, traffic management and road safety

The objective of this investment is to improve the quality and efficiency of the road infrastructure on specific sections of the TEN-T network, and to foster economic and social cohesion in particular in less developed and remote regions. The new motorways shall be built for a total of 429km by Q2 2026. Several contracts have been already signed such as for A3 highway - Nădășelu-Poarta Sălajului section (42km) or for A7 highway - Bacău – Pașcani section (77.40 km).
