Development of public hospital infrastructure -"Elisabeta Doamna" Galați Psychiatry Hospital

The objective of the project is to improve the capacity and capability of the Integrated Outpatient Clinic within the "Elisabeta Doamna" Galați Psychiatry Hospital with high-performance medical equipment to increase the quality of medical services offered to patients who turn to the specialized Outpatient Clinic.

The results pursued through the implementation of the project:

• Local development of the pre-hospital medical infrastructure by purchasing equipment for the ambulatory infrastructure. The facilities proposed within the project will be used within:
  • The medical analysis laboratory,
  • Medical offices in the specialties: Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Adult Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry;
  • Functional explorations compartment,
  • Physiotherapy department.
• Benefits for patients:
  • Reducing the average duration per examination,
  • Increasing patients' confidence in the medical act
  • Sustaining a higher level of competence than the medical facility can provide.

The total value of the financing contract related to the project is 3,292,151.33 lei including VAT, of which:

• Eligible amount from PNRR: 2,766,513.72 lei
• Eligible VAT value related to PNRR: 525,637.61 lei

The duration of the project implementation is 21 months, starting from 15.03.2023.
