The measure consists in redesigning a series of public services (and the underlying IT systems) in order to enable their automatic and proactive delivery on the basis of life or business events experienced by citizens (such as a marriage, the birth of a child or the creation of an enterprise). It shall notably allow a better integration of IT systems across different public authorities and contribute to the implementation of the once-only principle. 2 services are launched: marriage application and information service for childbirth.
