The objective of this measure is to ensure that the necessary technical conditions are in place to optimise the implementation of existing forms of care and the development of new services, enabling the application of modern technologies and increasing access to care at tertiary and quaternary levels of healthcare. 

This measure consists of the purchase of the medical and non-medical equipment in Clinical Hospital Centre (KBC) Zagreb.
