Key initiatives include the 4P diagnostic program (precise, personalized, early, and predictive), the 'Discovery' program focusing on new treatments, the 'Córtex' telemedicine program, establishing a Pediatric Institute for Rare Diseases, and the 'La Casa de Sofia' project, providing support and care for patients and families with chronic and complex conditions.
