Creation of a network of day centres for children at risk of separation in VÂLCELELE locality, BUZAU county

The objective of this investment is to prevent the separation of children from their family.

The investment shall consist of the entry into operation of a network of 150 day service centres, through care, education, recreation-socialization, counseling, school and professional guidance etc. for children, as well as through support, counseling, education etc. activities for parents. One of these centers will be created in a building constructed and equipped for the mentioned purpose (to prevent the separation of children from their family), in VÂLCELELE locality, BUZAU county by restoration and arrangement of the existing building into a day care center for children at risk of being separated from their families.

This building shall comply with the nearly zero energy building requirement according to national guidelines.
