Creation of a network of day centres for children at risk of separation - UAT Saraiu, Constanta County

The general objective of the investment is to construct a Day Center for children at risk of separation from their parents in the commune of Săraiu, Constanța County – (social service code 8891CZ-C-II).

This center aims to reduce or even eliminate the risk of family separation and school dropout for children coming from vulnerable backgrounds – single-parent families, families with no income, children from families whose parents work abroad.

Thus, within the day center that UAT Săraiu intends to establish, specific activities for this social service code will be carried out, aiming to provide care, education, recreation-socialization, counseling, development of independent life skills, school and professional orientation, and psychological services, both for children from the group at risk of family separation and school dropout, as well as for their caregivers.

As a result of the proposed investments, the goal is to create a building whose energy consumption will be nearly zero.

The value of the investment from RRF funds is 328.354,37 Euro.
