Creation of a network of day centres for children at risk of separation in SĂCUIEU locality, Cluj County

The objective of this investment is to prevent the separation of children from their family. 

The investment shall consist of the entry into operation of a network of 150 day service centres.

One of these centers will be created in a building constructed and equipped for the mentioned purpose (to prevent the separation of children from their family), in the SĂCUIEU locality, CLUJ County.

This center will ensure increased integration and access to social services for children at risk of family separation, from the Roma community, from this locality.

The building shall comply with the objective of achieving a primary energy demand at least 20% lower than the nearly zero-energy building requirement according to national guidelines, which shall be ensured through energy performance certificates.

Thus, the construction will be thermally insulated using modern technologies that will reduce the heating effect in summer and cooling in winter by over 70%.
