The general objective of the investment is the construction and equipment of a day center in GEORGE ENESCU locality, BOTOȘANI county, for children at risk of separation from their parents, designed to provide them with a safe and stimulating environment where they can live and learn while being away from their parents.

This center will offer children access to care, education, and counseling services, as well as opportunities for recreation and socialization.

Thus, the main purpose of this center is to help children develop harmoniously and build a better future, even in the difficult conditions they face.

This building shall comply with the nearly zero energy building requirement according to national guidelines.
