Creation of a network of day centres for children at risk of separation - DAS Otelu Rosu, Caras Severin County

The general objective of the project is the creation and operation of a social service dedicated to children at risk of separation from their parents – social service code 8891CZ-C-II.

Its mission is to prevent the separation of children from their families by providing, during the day, care, education, recreation-socialization, counseling, independent living skills development, school and career guidance, etc., for children, as well as support, counseling, and education activities for parents.

The project is implemented the project is implemented in the Otelu Rosu locality, Caras Severin county, the beneficiary is DAS Otelu Rosu.

As a result of the proposed investments, the goal is to create a building whose energy consumption will be nearly zero.
