Creation of a network of day centres for children at risk of separation in CURTIȘOARA locality, Olt County

The objective of this investment is to prevent the separation of children from their family. 

The investment shall consist of the entry into operation of a network of 150 day service centres, one of these centers will be created in CURTIȘOARA locality, OLT County, by rehabilitation of an existing building and equipping it, for the aforementioned purpose.

The building shall comply with the objective of achieving a primary energy demand at least 20% lower than the nearly zero-energy building requirement according to national guidelines, which shall be ensured through energy performance certificates.

Thus, the construction will be thermally insulated using modern technologies that will reduce the heating effect in summer and cooling in winter by over 70%.
