Creating a legal framework for the use of state-owned land as an acceleration factor for investments in renewable energy sources.

The reform has as milestones: - Consolidation of the capacities of the State Domains Agency and the entry into force of the legal framework through amendments to the legislation, which introduce a specific regulatory and support framework for the development and use of state-owned lands that are administered by the State Domains Agency, as areas to accelerate investments from renewable energy sources.

- Reduced legal requirements and shorter and simplified authorization processes, so that new capacities can be authorized within six months; digitization of authorization.

- Creation of a single national register of land owned by the state.

- Signing concession contracts for the implementation of new production capacities from renewable sources in the areas under the acceleration process.
