Course of management training

Development of technical-professional, digital and managerial skills of professionals in the healthcare system. (Mission 6, Component 2, Investment 2.2)

Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for an increase in scholarships for the specific course in general medicine; launching a training plan on safety in terms of hospital infections for all NHS staff; activating a training path for personnel with top roles within NHS bodies in managerial and digital skills and financing specialized medical training contracts.

The component is financed by Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan by EUR 7.875 million.

The course of management training is part of this investment. The project aims to train n. 9 managers and middle managers of the Regional Health Service. The dispenser subject (AGENAS) has been identified and one resource is currently taking the pilot course.
