Construction of a southern road in the Hoče industrial zone - Providing innovative ecosystems of economic and business infrastructure

The project is aimed at the improvement and widening of the southern road in the Hoče industrial zone, in order to ensure a better flow of traffic within and in the immediate vicinity of the zone.    The project will provide all the necessary infrastructure to enable the normal operation and development of businesses.

The project consists of the improvement or reconstruction of 1012 m of road. The planned realignment comprises the reconstruction of the existing road and the layout of a new roundabout. The project foresees that within three years after the completion of the project, the interested companies will occupy 100% of the vacant newly equipped usable areas of the economic and business zone. The total area of the upgraded and extended economic and business zone is 1.47 Ha.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility contributes EUR 1.3 million to the investment worth EUR 3.6 million in total. The project started in April 2022 and should be finalised in December 2025.
