Construction of a new crèche in Újfehértó

Currently, there are 2 nurseries operating in the municipality with a total capacity of 104 places and the same number of children, meaning the nurseries are full, and there is a need for new buildings. According to the municipality's estimates, the number of children aged 0-2 will reach 367 by 2025, making the new nursery built with the RRF funding a significant help.

The project involves the establishment of a new, energy-efficient, and accessible nursery in Újfehértó, which will have 2 group rooms and accommodate 28 children. The Újfehértó Reformed Congregation currently does not operate a nursery. The selected location for the nursery is suitable for placing a new building due to its positioning and orientation. The property is situated next to the kindergarden and primary school operated by the congregation.

The municipality of Újfehértó received EUR 1.04 million support for the project. 

The construction has already begun and is expected to be completed in autumn 2024.
