Construction of housing units Črna na Koroškem - Ensuring a safe living environment for dependent persons

New housing units that will host 48 personswill be constructed in Črna na Koroškem.

The new facility will provide adequate infrastructure for permanently accommodating 48 elderly and disabled, depending on assistance.

Two buildings will be able to provide integrated care in parallel with the implementation of the necessary programmes, accompanying content, establishment of services and community services. These activities will enable independent living and prevent social exclusion of users.

The building will be designed in such a way that their construction, thermal envelope and standing installations will ensure that energy performance class A1 is achieved. In addition, there will be space for community services on the ground floor of the buildings.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 5.8 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 6.2 million. The project started in June 2023 and will be finalised by June 2026.
