Copyright: Municipality of Bloke The main purpose of the project is to provide a safe environment for people who depend on the help of others by building a new housing unit called Bloke in Nova vas, which can accommodate a total of 60 people.The new facility will allow for the provision of permanent institutional care. The residential unit will be suitable for community services such as day centre and temporary accommodation.With the new dislocated unit, the Grosuplje Home for the Elderly will acquire quality spatial conditions for the implementation of elderly care activities and will increase its contribution to the social and urban development of the municipality of Bloke and its surroundings.Three separate buildings are planned, which will be separate functional units. The buildings will be surrounded by access areas from the municipal road, a commercial driveway, and parking areas.Building A will be the main building with administrative, social, service and technical facilities, with space for 24 residents with a dementia ward and a nursing ward. Building B will have two floors with space for 24 residents with a dementia ward and a nursing ward. In building C, 6 apartments for 2 persons will be built for permanent accommodation.This facility will offer special accommodation and a special programme for couples. The total surface area of the facilities is 2,201.70 square metres.The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 7.3 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 8.4 million.
