Construction of the expanded Zlobin – Bosiljevo gas pipeline

The objective of this investment worth EUR 134 million is the expansion of the pipeline Zlobin – Bosiljevo, which is necessary for the further expansion of the pipeline Bosiljevo - Sisak – Kozarac, which aims to increase gas transport capacity towards Hungary to 400 000 m3/h, as well as expansion of the section Lučko – Zabok of the Croatia – Slovenia interconnector, which aims to increase gas transport capacity towards Slovenia to 170 000 m3/h.

Contract for works for the Zlobin – Bosiljevo gas pipeline was signed on 13 October 2023 with the group of tenderers Monter - Strojarske montaže d.d., Ulica Oktavijana Miletića 2, 10090 Zagreb; S.C.A.N. d.o.o., Buzinski prilaz 38, 10010 Zagreb; Macel Plin, d.o.o., Samoborska 15, 10090 Zagreb; FEROMIHIN d.o.o., Moslavacka 22, 10315 NOVOSELEC; MONTING d.o.o., Svetice 21, 10000, Zagreb; BK MONTAŽA d.o.o., Medarska 69, 10000, Zagreb.

Start of April 2024, t he Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund and Plinacro gas company signed a €533 million contract to build four pipelines to transport gas from Krk LNG terminal to Slovenia and Hungary, which includes the gas pipeline Zlobin - Bosiljevo.
