Copyright: Jure Makovec / European Commission The aim of the project was to achieve bigger production capacity though a more economical and environmentally friendly way of operating and using materials.The investment consisted of the construction of a new sustainable concrete plant with a recycling device and landscaping the surrounding area.The planning of the investment took into account sustainable development guidelines and sustainable construction aiming at facilities and production, which include, in addition to the environmental, financial and sociological aspects, the technological, functional aspects of the facility and the production process.The two-year project was completed in April 2024.
