Digital services and citizen experience (Mission 1, Component 1, Investment 1.4)

Italy's Recovery and Resilience Plan provides this investment to develop an integrated and harmonized offering of state-of-theart citizen-oriented digital services, ensuring their wide-spread adoption thereof across both central and local administrations and enhance users’ experience.

Sub-investment 1.4.1 - Improvement of the quality and the usability of digital public services.

This investment is designed to enhance the experience of digital public services by defining reusable service delivery models ensuring full accessibility requirements.

The investment is financed by the Recovery and Resilience plan by EUR 561 million.

As part of this investment, this project envisages changes to the institutional web portal and platforms that deliver certain online services, made on the basis of nationally defined guidelines and models, with the aim of providing citizens with consistent, usable and accessible interfaces.

The NRRP funds allocated to this project amount to EUR 516.323.
