Copyright: Peoplescreations on Freepik The project Bionics - pilot organisational models of professional education and systemic thinking for digital, green and sustainable development addresses the issue of ensuring adequate competences of Gorenjska companies in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), digitisation and sustainable development. Therefore, the project aims to develop relevant learning content in the field of ICT, digitalisation, organisational models, systems thinking, cyber security, innovative business systems engineering, society 5.0 and sustainable development in the form of short training courses.These will be aimed at both employees and future employees, young people, students, school leavers, teachers and anyone interested in lifelong learning.The project aims to accelerate the transfer of up-to-date cutting-edge knowledge from the university to the workplace. The activities to be carried out in the project include:an overview of key technological trends in digitalisation, cyber security, sustainable development and the needs of the local economy;analysis of human resources needs through expert groups, artificial intelligence methods and data analytics;identification of key competences;development and evaluation of different models to attract the right talent and staff;analysis of formal forms of training for relevant staff;analysis of additional innovative approaches for training or acquisition of up-to-date skills and competences;development of specific micro-training in the fields of sustainable development, digitalisation, organisational models and systems thinking to achieve the competences of the participants;development of a programme of work with young talents;the content definition of the workshops;and the conceptual development of a prototype micro-evidence ecosystem for lifelong learning using blockchain technology.The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 799,999, while the total value of the investment is EUR 884,301.
