Bašelj, Mače, Potoče Sewerage - Urban waste water discharge and treatment projects

The aim of the project is to upgrade the existing wastewater discharge system so that the average connection to the system in these agglomerations in the Municipality of Preddvor would reach 91 %.

Objectives of the project:

• construction of the sewage network in total length of 4,577 m;
• construction of three pumping stations;
• connection of 322 PE to the public discharge and waste water cleaning system, of which 319 PR of population and three PR for commercial activities;
• reducing emissions to waters from urban sources of pollution;
• a higher level of protection of the River Sava;
• making the sewerage system operational in the Sava basin in accordance with environmental requirements;
• improving the state of municipal infrastructure.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 975,865, while the total value of the investment is EUR 2.7 million. 

The project started in 2021 and will be finalised by 2025.
