AttractInvestBG: Industrial Park Vidin-South

With close to EUR 99 million, the Recovery and Resilience Facility supports a grant scheme for the provision of infrastructure in industrial parks.

The industrial park "Vidin-south" was established in 2023. The park is located in the Southern Industrial Zone  of Vidinand has a total area of ​​608,117 sq.m.

The following activities will be implemented in the implementation of the "Development of Vidin-South" industrial park project:

1. Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of external technical infrastructure leading to the borders of the "Vidin-South" industrial park, which will include:
- Site "Reconstruction/rehabilitation of secondary road for Industrial Park "Vidin-South", 
- Object "Building water diversion of Industrial Park "Vidin - south"

2. Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal technical infrastructure of "Vidin-South" industrial park in the following parts:
• Road;
• Plumbing;
• Electric;
• Traffic organization and safety.

3. Construction of ecological internal infrastructure - delivery and installation of 4 pcs. charging stations for electric cars.

The total value of the project amounts to BGN 29,6 million and will be implemented within 24 months.
