AttractInvestBG: Industrial Park "Balkan" - Lovech

With close to EUR 99 million, the Recovery and Resilience Facility supports a grant scheme for the provision of infrastructure in industrial parks.

Industrial park "Balkan" was established in 2022 in Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone. The park will function as an area of ​​type A which is designed primarily for production purposes, as a base for the development of innovative technologies.

In implementation of the project "Development of Industrial Park "Balkan" - Lovech to attract investments" the following activities will be implemented:
1. Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of external technical infrastructure to the borders of Industrial Park "Balkan", town of Lovech, Northern Industrial Zone;

2. Construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal technical infrastructure within the boundaries of Industrial Park "Balkan", including:
- Road infrastructure;
- Plumbing infrastructure;
- Electricity distribution network;
-Telecommunications;
-Gasification;
-Parking facilities;
-Organization and traffic safety;
- Architecture.

3. Construction of ecological internal infrastructure - supply and installation of charging stations for electric vehicles.

The total value of the project amounts to BGN 29,5 million and will be implemented within 24 months.
