AttractInvestBG: Danube Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov

With close to EUR 99 million, the Recovery and Resilience Facility supports a grant scheme for the provision of infrastructure in industrial parks.

The construction of the "Danube Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" will be supported with BGN 26,9 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The implementation of the following activities is foreseen as part of the investment:

Activity 1: Construction of new technical infrastructure leading to the industrial park
Activity 2: Construction of internal technical infrastructure, within the boundaries of the industrial park
Activity 4: Building ecological domestic infrastructure.

For the successful implementation of Activity 1, a partnership was created between "Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" Ltd., Municipality of Svishtov, "Electricity System Operator" EAD, and "Yovkovtsi" Waterworks Ltd.

The leading organization of the project is "Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" EOOD, which is responsible for the implementation of Activity 2 and Activity 4, as well as for the overall implementation of the project.

According to the project, a total of 6 memoranda of investment in the industrial park were signed, one of which was with a strategic investor: 5 companies from Italy and the Republic of Turkey and one from Bulgaria.

The implementation of the activities and investments under the project will contribute to the creation of at least 50 new jobs by 30.06.2026.

The project is expected to be completed by 30 June 2026.
