Affordable housing in Marvila, Lisbon

The investment aims to provide affordable housing through the construction of two nearly-zero energy buildings with 50 municipal rental units (T1 to T3).

In July 2025, 38 families received the keys to their new houses in the Vale Formoso de Cima area, in Marvila.

These houses are part of a broader project, which includes another 105 homes currently under construction, also intended for affordable rent.

The project represents a global investment of 9.3 million euros, 80% financed by the Resilience Recovery Plan and the European Union, under the Support Programme for Access to Housing.
