Adam Chatbot

The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, in cooperation with the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics (CIIRC) of the Czech Technical University (CTU), has developed an intelligent chatbot that facilitates the work of auditors when checking the use of subsidies. 

Adam understands natural language, immediately searches for relevant information and cites the source. 

Adam is currently in test operation and will soon be integrated into the infrastructure of the State Treasury's Shared Services Centre, which will significantly increase its benefit. 

It was funded by the EDIH CTU project - the European Centre for Digital Innovation at CTU.
