Responsibilities
The Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels is responsible for carrying out the following activities:
- purchase, hire and manage buildings and furniture
- organise staff relocations and manage office space
- run restaurants, cafeterias, shops, sports centres and businesses
- provide social services such as crèches and after-school childcare
- manage reception and distribution of mail, internal distribution of documents, and historical archives
- manage office supplies and printing
- ensure the health and safety of Commission staff
