Translation as a profession

This one-day event will consist of an information session and a series of workshops for secondary-school students. Our focus will be on different career paths available to would-be linguists who can choose among literary, legal, and technical translation, and interpretation. Special emphasis will be placed on new developments such as MT, as well as DG Translation traineeship and employment opportunities.
