Page contents Page contents Funding NGO networks The European Commission organises bi-annual meetings with the Social Platform, the largest network of European rights- and value-based civil society organisations working in the social sector. The meetings are used to discuss current policy issues with non-governmental organisations (NGOs). Under the Rights, equality and citizenship programme, the European Commission funds the following European NGO networks AGE Platform Europe European Network Against Racism (ENAR) European Disability Forum (EDF) European Network of Equality Bodies (Equinet) International Lesbian and Gay Association - Europe (ILGA) International Lesbian and Gay Youth Organisation (IGLYO) European Roma information office (ERIO) Transgender Europe (TGEU) Promoting social inclusion Under the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation, the European Commission funds the following European NGO networks Caritas Europa Confederation of Family Organisations in the European Union (COFACE) ERGO network EUROCARERS Eurochild Eurocities Eurodiaconia EuroHealthNet European Anti Poverty Network (EAPN) European Association of Service providers for Persons with Disabilities European Confederation of Workers' Cooperatives, Social Cooperatives and Social and Participative Enterprises (CECOP) European Federation of National Organisations working with the Homeless (FEANTSA) European Network of Social Integration Enterprises European Platform for Rehabilitation European Social Network (ESN) Fédération européenne des banques alimentaires PICUM – Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants RREUSE SOLIDAR Promoting gender equality and rights of persons with disabilities The European Commission also financially supports groups such as the European Women's Lobby (EWL) and smaller networks of disability organisations.
